Copilot Credits

Copilot Credits are the billing unit of Copilot Studio since September 2025. Each feature costs a different amount: a generative answer costs 2 credits, tenant graph grounding 10, an agent action 5. When your organization reaches 125% of its prepaid capacity, agents are disabled. You care because one complex answer can cost around 12 credits.
