Direct Line

Direct Line is the connection channel that lets your own website or app talk to your agent. Custom web chats are built on it. It has its own limits, including a message size cap of 262,144 bytes (256 KB). You care because oversized messages fail here, and because DLP policies sometimes flag Direct Line even when it is unused.
