DLP policy

A DLP policy (data loss prevention) is an admin rule set in the Power Platform. It controls which connectors and channels agents may use, and in which combinations. A policy can block a connector or even prevent publishing, sometimes with confusing error messages. You care because DLP blocks look like broken agents until an admin checks the policy.
