A knowledge source is content you attach to your agent so it can answer questions from it. Examples are SharePoint sites, uploaded files, public websites, and Dataverse tables. The agent searches these sources when it generates an answer. You care because most "agent knows nothing" problems trace back to how a knowledge source was added, indexed, or authorized.
