Responsible AI (RAI) is Microsoft's safety layer that checks inputs and AI answers for harmful content. When it blocks an answer, the agent often shows nothing at all, or the error ContentFiltered. It sometimes blocks harmless input, and automated topic calls can look like attacks to it. You care because this silent filtering is invisible without telemetry.
