A system topic is a built-in topic every agent has, such as Conversation Start, Fallback, or Reset Conversation. System topics handle standard situations like greetings, unrecognized input, and escalation. You cannot delete them, only disable them. You care because behavior you did not build, like "did you mean" prompts, usually comes from a system topic.
