A transcript is the stored record of one conversation with your agent. It is written to Dataverse about 30 minutes after the conversation goes quiet. A default cleanup job deletes transcripts after 30 days. Developer environments store no transcripts at all. You care because transcripts are often your only production debugging evidence.
